Just recently finished up my contribution to The Anthology Project (Linked below). Here is a preview of my one of my pages, as well as some early development work.

The story itself is based around Hugh Everett's relative state formulation, later renamed many worlds interpretation. Simply put, it explores parallel universe theory. You can also find an hour-long BBC television documentary "Parallel Worlds, Parallel Lives". The program was edited and shown on the PBS Nova series in the USA in October 2008. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Big thanks to Nick, Joy, and Casper, for bringing me on this project! Look out for the book at comic conventions near you in 2010!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles....live action origin story?

"The Mirage Group, which owns the property, is moving forward with a live-action film focusing on the origins of the iconic crime fighters. News coincides with the Turtles’ 25th anniversary celebration, which kicks off Thursday in New York as the first “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” film unspools at the Tribeca Film Festival.
[Co-creator Peter] Laird said the film will remain true to the spirit of the original comicbooks" Variety.

I also found THIS amazing post by Tom Spina of Tom Spina Designs. He was recently asked to restore the original Leonardo costume from 1990.

All this excitment made me want to draw turtles. more to come soon!

What started out as the single funniest drawing of all time, gradually became less and less entertaining, until finally I forgot about it all together, banishing it to the sketchbook archives forever. 6 months later... still not all that funny. but finished it is.

Are they enemies? Or a fearsome duo, having a difference of opinion?

Well here is a much needed update for anyone that still gives a darn. I Am finally drawing on a daily basis again. The result of this, drawing nothing like I used to.

To fight off the last of this tendonitis problem, I have switched to drawing entirely with a tablet(thanks to Louis), and Put the pens, and pencils aside for a little while, and focused on a lot of COLOUR. Futurama has been a huge influence in my colours, and re-watching Roger Rabbit seemed to inject me with some sort of need to create, as well as just adding more fun into my work in general. So more posts and lots more finished pieces can be expected.

I've also added more inspirational links down the bottom there, so take a look.

Myself and Odette Mattha (linked to the right) were given the chance to be guest artists for KEEP A BREAST at the VANS WARPED TOUR.

The concept involves designers mainly from North America customising breast molds donated by various torsos from around the area. The casts travel with the tour and then are exhibited at shows in both L.A and N.Y.C before being auctioned off with the proceeds going towards breast cancer research.

so i had the pleasure of meeting jeff soto this weekend at the opening reception for his new show "Supernova" down in New York city. i talked to him about the link i posted below by the "three legged legs" collective, He actually wasn't informed about the project by the group, and didn't find out about it until it was finished, and really had no say in anything that went on. shame. shame. shame on you three legged legs.
